Participant Mailing Next Week—HQ Postcard
This year's HealthQuotient (HQ) wellness incentive period begins Wednesday, August 1 and runs through Sunday, September 30. A promotional postcard will be mailed to all HealthFlex participants next week.
Participants and covered spouses must complete the HQ between August 1 and September 30, 2018 to avoid paying a higher medical plan deductible in 2019—$250 extra (individual deductible) or $500 extra (family deductible). Primary participant and covered spouse must both take the HQ by September 30 to avoid higher deductible. A reminder postcard will be mailed in September to those who have not taken the HQ to date. Targeted reminder e-mails also will be sent via WebMD and Virgin Pulse.®
We encourage plan sponsors to use the July 2018 Communications Toolkit materials to remind participants about the HQ. Toolkit materials are available on the Wespath extranet (username: extranet; password: gbop!123). For more information about the HQ, contact the Wellness Team at wellnessteam@wespath.org.

- 1:00 p.m., Central time—welcome and presentations
- Friday, September 7
- Noon, Central time—HealthFlex Summit concludes
