Mailing of Form 1095-B
Wespath/HealthFlex will be mailing 1095-B forms early next week to those enrolled in HealthFlex in 2018. In the meantime, the forms are available electronically. Participants can access and print by going to WebMD > Plan Coverage/changes/information > Personal Documents.
