Quest Diagnostics Notification of Data Breach

Wespath received notification from our vendor partner Quest Diagnostics (Quest) about an information security breach that affected a company Quest uses for collections. Here is the press release we received from Quest, which indicates that Quest does not believe the breach involved any data Quest received from Wespath for the Blueprint for Wellness program.

Quest Diagnostics will be contacting affected individuals directly. At this time, Wespath does not plan on sending additional communications to our participants. If you have additional questions or concerns, please contact Leah Holzwarth at lholzwarth@wespath.org.
