Participant Communication

Wespath's weekly participant e-blast was customized for HealthFlex participants to share details about Behavioral Health benefits. The three versions contain a tailored resource titled Know When To Use Behavioral Health Benefits vs. EAP that provides more about how to use each benefit and some of the highlights each has to offer. The e-mails also contain a behavioral health-focused video that you are welcome to share on social media to encourage use of our resources during this stressful time.

Each version also contained this Q&A about Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFRCA) and Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) provisions that relieve some health-related expenses for participants.

Omada Outreach to Participants

Omada Health sent outreach to participants this week offering the Diabetes Prevention Program for those at risk of developing Type 2 diabetes or heart disease or individuals whose risk level is not known. The program for those already diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes is not taking new participants at this time and we continue to research new ways to support those with diabetes.
