Potential Delay in Qcard Fulfillment
Quest has indicated there may be a fulfillment delay for Blueprint for WellnessŪ Qcard requests made in the first weeks of July. For that reason, we held off on sending the one-page Qcard information sheet in last week's participant eblast. At this time, we plan to include it in the July 15 eblast. The option is currently available to all participants through the HealthFlex/WebMD website except New York state residents. Those participants will not have the Qcard content included in their email from Wespath. If you hear from participants who are concerned they have not received their order, please assure them Quest is working hard to resolve the issue.

Updated New Enrollment Forms for HealthFlex
The HealthFlex New Enrollment or Change Form has been updated to reflect HealthEquity as the new custodian for Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). Please discard any old forms you may have at your offices, and always use the most recent forms found on the Wespath extranet and website.
