You've Got Mail: Well-Being Program Brochure Arriving Soon

In the coming days, HealthFlex participants should receive a brochure in the mail to kick off the 2021 well-being programs. A companion email is scheduled to be sent to participants January 28. The brochure includes a road map, which is designed to help participants navigate the well-being programs' move from the WebMD/HealthFlex website to Virgin PulseŽ. There is also information about how to participate in some of the most popular programs.

For participants who would like additional information, the 2021 Well-Being Program FAQs are now available on the wespath.org website. These FAQs detail the transition of the well-being programs to Virgin Pulse and provide an in-depth explanation of all the HealthFlex well-being programs. The FAQs also explain some new ways for participants to earn Wellness Points, including Journeys®, which are multi-week, online guided courses that are tailored to a participant's well-being goals. Please share this resource with your participants.

Additional promotions and plan sponsor communication toolkit pieces will be shared with you throughout the year. There will be an emphasis on getting individuals enrolled in Virgin Pulse so they are able to take advantage of all of the opportunities and programs.
