Help Spread the Word about Health Check

The Health Check (formerly HealthQuotient) online health assessment is available to complete through Virgin PulseŽ. To avoid paying extra on next year's HealthFlex deductible, each participant and spouse (if in HealthFlex) will need to go to www.virginpulse.com/login or the Virgin Pulse mobile app and complete the assessment. The deadline for completion is August 31.

We encourage you to share at least one of the e-blasts with your participants to raise awareness of the Health Check.

Please note that individuals must be enrolled in Virgin Pulse to complete the Health Check. Please partner with Wespath to encourage participants who have not yet enrolled to do that this year. Further support communications specific to Virgin Pulse enrollment will be forthcoming.

Participant Communications: Virgin Pulse and HealthFlex Well-Being Programs

Virgin Pulse also sent an e-mail directly to participants about Health Check—and other updates to the well-being programs—on January 21. In addition to explaining how to avoid the higher 2022 deductible, the e-mail provided information about Wellness Credits (formerly Wellness Points), an overview of health coaching, and links to interactive guides for both nutrition and sleep.

If they haven't already, HealthFlex participants should soon receive a brochure in the mail to kick off the 2021 well-being programs. Just a reminder, a companion email is scheduled to be sent to participants January 28.
