Registering for Quest Blueprint for Wellness® Screenings

Wespath is working with Virgin Pulse® to make it easy for both participants and spouses to sign up for the Quest Blueprint for Wellness® screening through the Virgin Pulse website and app. We hoped this feature, called a single sign-on, would be operational by now and we will implement it as quick as possible.

If a participant or covered spouse attempts to sign up for the screening through Virgin Pulse right now, they will see a message that provides the following instructions to register:

Participants (employees): Visit Benefits Access to sign up for a screening. Quest Blueprint for Wellness registration can be accessed through the Health Details page with no additional username/password.

Spouses: go to the HealthFlex/WebMD website to register for Blueprint for Wellness. If you are a first time user, click on register to create your account.

Primary participants and covered spouses can also call 1-855-623-9355 to register.

Please note that we direct participants to the Health Details page, not the Well-Being section, on Benefits Access.

We look forward to when participants and covered spouses can register for the Blueprint for Wellness via Virgin Pulse because we believe it will provide the best user experience. We will notify you when the single sign-on is available.
