New Log-in Button on Wespath Website

HealthFlex participants have a new way to access their health and well-being benefits in more ways than one. To reflect that Benefits Access replaced HealthFlex/WebMD as the go-to source for benefits information, the Wespath website received a minor update.

In the upper-right corner of wespath.org, there is now a message that reads "Log in to access your retirement, health and well-being benefits" and a button that takes participants to Benefits Access.

Previously, there were two log-in buttons, one for health benefits and one for retirement benefits, but now participants can use Benefits Access for all their Wespath benefits.

Transition to Benefits Access Complete

Benefits Access took the place of HealthFlex/WebMD as the source for health and well-being benefits on June 1 as scheduled.

If anyone visits the old HealthFlex/WebMD login page, they will see the following message: "As of June 1, 2021, the HealthFlex/WebMD website was discontinued. To access your HealthFlex benefits and well-being programs please login to or register for Benefits Access."

Participants Can Easily Connect to Virgin Pulse® From Benefits Access

We have noted in prior participant communications that Benefits Access and Virgin Pulse work in tandem—and now that is even more the case.

When primary participants log into Benefits Access, they can connect to their Virgin Pulse account without needing to log in again. This feature, which is often referred to as a single sign-on, is designed to make it easier for HealthFlex participants to engage with their health and well-being benefits and information.

If participants have difficulty with the single sign-on, we recommend they clear their web browser's cookies and cache. It is also possible they will need to open a new browser window.

Participant Communication: Personalized E-mails About Well-Being Programs

Wespath e-mailed HealthFlex households* where either the participant, covered spouse, or both have not completed the well-being programs linked to monetary incentives.

The goal of the e-mail was to remind them to complete the Blueprint for Wellness®, the Health Check or both—and to inform them exactly how much they could earn and save by partaking in the programs.

The personalized e-mails were sent June 3 and June 4 and notified recipients that each person covered by HealthFlex who completes the Blueprint for Wellness will earn $100 Pulse Cash.

Participants were also reminded that they will not be subject to a higher health plan deductible if they complete the Health Check. If a spouse is covered, both the participant and spouse must take the Health Check for their household to avoid the higher deductible.

The e-mails captured Blueprint for Wellness information through June 1 and Health Check completions as of May 27, so very recent completions may not be reflected.

* New York participants received a version of the e-mail that did not mention the Self-Collection Kit.
