Participant Communications: Virgin Pulse® reminder e-mails

Virgin Pulse is scheduled to send two different e-mail reminders to participants July 15. Participants will receive no more than one of the targeted messages and participants who have completed the Health Check will not receive an e-mail.

In one message, participants who have registered with Virgin Pulse but haven’t completed the Health Check will be encouraged to complete the online health assessment before the August 31 deadline.

Participants who have not yet registered with Virgin Pulse will receive an e-mail that invites them to join. If a participant does not open the first registration e-mail, they will receive a follow-up e-mail July 19. If a participant does not open the first or second registration e-mail, a final reminder will be sent July 23.
