Virgin Pulse anticipates that individuals will not be able to access its website and app for two hours over the weekend while it conducts scheduled maintenance. The maintenance is scheduled to last from midnight to 2:00 a.m., Eastern time, September 11.
Virgin Pulse will communicate this information to its users. Beginning at 8:00 p.m., Eastern time, September 10, a message will display in Virgin Pulse that reads, "We will be undergoing maintenance at 12:00 AM ET, but we will be back soon."
During the downtime, individuals attempting to access Virgin Pulse will see a notification that says, "The Virgin Pulse site is temporarily undergoing maintenance. Please check back soon."
