First Aid for Mental Health Promotional Material

As part of our efforts to promote the First Aid for Mental Health sessions in March, we developed several resources for you to share. There are bulletin inserts, social media graphics and posts, a presentation slide for worship, text for an e-mail and more. On a computer, you can find it all on the upper-right side of the First Aid for Mental Health event page. Below the bio for the First Aid for Mental Health facilitator, you will find a video commercial you also can share.

It is our goal to promote these no-cost training sessions to United Methodist Church clergy and their spouses, Church leaders, staff, and congregation members. We have very lofty goals for participation because we want to create a more empathetic community within the United Methodist Church—and we need your help to spread the word far and wide. We hope you are excited to share information about First Aid for Mental Health throughout the denomination and we hope our resources make that outreach a little easier.

Video: How to Get Reimbursed for At-Home COVID-19 Tests

We’ve received questions from participants about how to get reimbursed for at-home COVID-19 tests and we suspect you have as well. We included information about this process in the most recent Wespath Update to participants—and we just created a short video that walks participants through the process. Feel free to share the how-to video with your participants.

Save the Date: HealthFlex Mini-Summit!

Wespath will host a virtual HealthFlex Mini-Summit on March 16. Stay tuned for more information. A registration link will also be forthcoming.

2023 HealthFlex Rates Available Soon

Rates for 2023 HealthFlex coverage will be available at the end of February. Please watch for an e-mail from Wespath directly to benefits officers. We know that many plan sponsors have spring board meetings, and our rate development timeline considers that need.

We are not expecting any major changes to the design of HealthFlex in 2023.
