Help Us Promote the Health Check, Blueprint for Wellness® (BFW)

It’s that time of year again: The deadline for the Health Check and BFW is fast approaching. While Wespath and Virgin Pulse® are sending several communications to individuals who have not completed these well-being programs ahead of the August 31 deadline, we are much more successful when we partner with you to spread the word.

You should have recently received a list of your participants who have not completed the Health Check and BFW. We encourage you to contact those individuals and urge them to participate in the well-being programs.

Not sure what to say? No problem. Here is text about the Health Check you can copy and paste into the body of an e-mail. There also are a number of resources for the Health Check and BFW on the Extranet (which can be accessed through the Wespath Portal) that are designed for you to share with your participants. In the Extranet, click on the "HealthFlex and Virgin Pulse Tools & Resources" link at the top. There you will find PDFs you can attach to e-mails, how-to videos you can share or embed, and social media posts you can retweet or share.

We also have been busy encouraging participants to complete the Health Check and BFW. Here is a recap of what we have done recently and a preview of what’s to come:

Save the Date: Two Plan Sponsor Calls in August

Wespath will hold two video calls with plan sponsors in August to discuss health and well-being updates. The content will be the same on each call, so we encourage you to block off one of the following times on your calendar:

To join the August 16 call, click the direct link, log in on the Microsoft Teams site (Meeting ID: 210 540 987 459; Passcode: F2ie9s) or call 1-872-242-9003 (Phone Conference ID: 981 448 861#).

To join the August 17 call, click the direct link, log in on the Microsoft Teams site (Meeting ID: 212 738 301 333; Passcode: 2vkojp) or call 1-872-242-9003 (Phone Conference ID: 668 073 914#).

We hope you can join us for one of the calls. Stay tuned for more information about the agenda.

Led by WeightWatchers, multiple well-being partners rebrand

This is starting to feel like the year of the rebrand. WW (Weight Watchers) is now WeightWatchers and it has a new, individualized PersonalPoints program. While WeightWatchers is dropping WW from its name, WW remains a part of the new logo.

Just a reminder, HealthFlex participants receive discounted pricing on WeightWatchers:

In addition, Whil has changed its name to RethinkCare. While the company has a new name, everything else remains the same. RethinkCare continues to offer a collection of introductory videos about yoga, mindfulness, cultivating healthy thoughts and self-awareness in Virgin Pulse. Just look for RethinkCare in the “Benefits” tab.

RethinkCare resources continue to be a great way for participants to earn Virgin Pulse Points:

And if that wasn’t enough, Virgin Pulse has a new logo.
