Please Help Us Promote the Health Check, Blueprint for Wellness® (BFW)

This week we will be sending you the Blueprint for Wellness and Health Check completion file and we would greatly appreciate it if you could reach out to individuals who have not earned their full incentives.

We have written promotional text about the Health Check and Blueprint for Wellness (BFW) that you can copy and paste into the body of an e-mail. There also are resources for the Health Check and BFW on the Extranet (which can be accessed through the Wespath Portal) that are designed for you to share with your participants. In the Extranet, click on the "HealthFlex and Virgin Pulse Tools & Resources" link at the top. There you will find PDFs you can attach to e-mails, how-to videos you can share or embed, and social media posts you can retweet or share.

Anything you can do to remind participants to complete the Health Check and BFW ahead of the August 31 deadline would be greatly appreciated.

Conference-Specific Annual Election (AE) Webinars Available by Request

Just like in years past, Wespath is happy to host webinars for your participants that will provide them with plan sponsor-specific details about AE. Here are some of the webinars we have led in the past and could lead again:

Benefit Plans Summary Reports Notes, Part II

A couple of weeks ago, the key contacts within each HealthFlex plan sponsor group should have received your 2021 Benefit Plans Summary Reports. In last week's HealthFlex Express, we noted some differences between the 2020 and 2021 reports.

We also wanted to highlight some significant changes in engagement in a few areas, which will require focus from both Wespath and our plan sponsors to improve:

• We saw an overall drop in coaching engagement and achievement of 150 Wellness Credits with the transition to Virgin Pulse® in 2021. These are both areas we have been working on increasing throughout 2022—and we have already seen an uptick in participants using health coaching.
• Virgin Pulse users earn Pulse Cash when they reach each of the four levels of Virgin Pulse Points. The average level achieved dropped while Virgin Pulse enrollment increased, indicating a need to engage the new members.
• ALEX utilization declined across HealthFlex. After multiple years of steady ALEX use before and during AE, we saw a significant decrease last year. We hope to convey the continued importance of using ALEX to prepare before AE.
