Participants Can Easily Connect to Cigna, MDLIVE® From Benefits Access
When primary participants log into Benefits Access, they can connect now to their Cigna and MDLIVE accounts without needing to log in again. This feature, which is often referred to as a single sign-on, is designed to make it easier for HealthFlex participants to engage with their health and well-being benefits and information.
Primary participants can log into Benefits Access and utilize single sign-ons to easily connect with their Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois or UnitedHealthcare, HealthEquity®, OptumRx®, Quest Diagnostics®, Virgin Pulse®, Cigna, and MDLIVE accounts.
If participants have difficulty with the single sign-on, we recommend they clear their web browser's cookies and cache. It is also possible they will need to open a new browser window.
