Virgin Pulse Website and App Status

On Monday, January 23 at approximately 1:00 p.m. Eastern time and at approximately 10:00 p.m. Eastern time, and on Tuesday, January 24 at 7:40 a.m. Eastern time, Virgin Pulse experienced platform outages resulting in a maintenance page being displayed when users logged in. Virgin Pulse has since restored the website, and they are continuing to investigate to determine contributing factors. Further system updates might be required that may result in intermittent outages through Wednesday, January 25.

Help Your Participants Earn Cash Incentives with Wellness Credits

Health-inspired New Year’s resolutions can also earn your participants money when they take steps towards their goals. Through Virgin Pulse, HealthFlex participants can earn 150 Wellness Credits (and $150 in cash*) by completing activities that help them reach their goals for physical activity, emotional well-being, improved diet and more. Many activities only take a few minutes to complete and help set the foundation for well-being this year.

Participants can learn more about earning Wellness Credits by logging into Virgin Pulse and clicking Rewards on the homepage. They can also access additional resources online to help them find activities that fit their goals or view a breakdown of Wellness Credits.

Participant Communication: Well-Being Programs Mailer

Last week, participants received a mailer to help them learn about the range of wellness programs that Wespath offers and how they can benefit from these programs with cash incentives*, avoiding deductible increases, and meeting their personal well-being goals in 2023. You can view the mailer here. Well-being programs are available for both participants and spouses covered by HealthFlex.
