Reminder: 2024 HealthFlex Plan Rates, Plus Plan Sponsor Conference Calls Next Week About HSA Plan Changes

The 2024 HealthFlex plan rates will be available next week, part of our commitment to making rates available for our annual conference plan sponsors’ spring Board of Pensions meetings.

We are planning some design changes to the Health Savings Account (HSA) plans to comply with IRS updates that we want you to be aware of—you will see these new plans listed on your 2024 rates.

To help explain these changes, we’ll be hosting two conference calls to coincide with the delivery of the 2024 rate sheets. Both calls will cover the same content. Please mark your calendar to join us for one of the dates below.

Save the Date: HealthFlex Mini-Summit Event on April 14

Wespath will host an in-person HealthFlex Mini-Summit (near O’Hare Airport in Chicago) the morning of April 14, immediately following the Conference Forum on April 12 and 13. Stay tuned for more information, as well as a registration link.

Updated HealthFlex Plan Sponsor Manual Now Available

An updated version of the HealthFlex Plan Sponsor Manual is now available to view or download. This manual is a comprehensive and helpful resource for many of the questions HealthFlex participants might ask related to eligibility, enrollment, terminations, elections, appeals and more.

Participant Communication: Wellness Credits Email

Over the past two weeks, HealthFlex participants received an email reminding them that they can earn $150 by completing 150 Wellness Credits. The email shared two suggestions of activities that would earn participants 150 Wellness Credits and how they could view their current Wellness Credits in Virgin Pulse.

Next week, participants and spouses registered with Virgin Pulse will also receive an email from Virgin Pulse reminding them that they can earn $150 by completing 150 Wellness Credits.

Optional Blueprint for Wellness Event Trainings on March 2 and April 5

If you’re considering offering on-site Blueprint for Wellness screenings this year, join us on March 2 or April 5 for an optional Blueprint for Wellness training session hosted by Wespath:
