Benefits Transformation Communication

Recently, Conference Benefit Officers received a letter outlining updates to Wespath's Customer Service structure that will support participants through their stages of life, rather than focusing on business lines (i.e., retirement, health, etc.). For example, a participant will be able to speak with one team member about their health benefits and retirement plan during a single call. Once fully established, this reorganization will provide a more holistic approach to our service.

For those who have interacted with Wespath's Health Team, this means we will no longer have a team solely devoted to health and well-being calls. We still have the capable team members who have supported our health participants and plan sponsors over the years. Going forward, participant calls as well as enrollment questions and participant escalations will be handled by our most experienced team members trained in health (many from the Health Team).

We are confident that this change will ultimately provide a more comprehensive customer experience for our participants. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your Client Relationship Manager.

New Wellness Credit Flyer Now Available

To help HealthFlex participants earn their 150 Wellness Credits and $150, we've recently updated the Wellness Credits one-page flyer. The new flyer outlines the Wellness Credit program and provides a full list of Wellness Credits that individuals can earn throughout the year.

Participant Communication: Blueprint for Wellness/Health Check Postcard and Omada Postcard

Over the next few weeks, HealthFlex participants will receive a postcard encouraging them to complete their BFW screening and Health Check questionnaire.

In addition, select HealthFlex participants will receive a postcard outlining Omada services to help prevent or manage chronic health issues such as diabetes.
