Upcoming Annual Election (AE) Webinars

Wespath will be offering a variety of webinars this fall for HealthFlex participants to learn more about their options during Annual Election. Please share these events with your participants.

For ALL HealthFlex participants:

• Annual Election Overview Thurs., Oct. 26, 1–2:30 p.m., Central, Register
• Prescription Coverage Overview and Q&A Wed., Nov. 1, 1–2 p.m., Central, Register
• Annual Election Q&A Tues., Nov. 7, 1–2 p.m., Central, Register

For participants currently in a Health Savings Account (HSA) plan:

• 2024 HSA Plan Changes for H1500 Enrollees Mon., Oct. 23, 11 a.m.–11:45 a.m., Central, Register
• 2024 HSA Plan Changes for H2000 Enrollees Mon., Oct. 23, noon–12:45 p.m., Central, Register
• 2024 HSA Plan Changes for H3000 Enrollees Mon., Oct. 23, 1 p.m.–1:45 p.m., Central, Register

For UnitedHealthcare (UHC) participants:

• UHC Network Q&A Thurs., Nov. 2, noon–1 p.m., Central, Register

Updated 2024 AE Resources

A variety of resources to support 2024 Annual Election are now available, including:

• The new Benefits Access Annual Election page, with customized content for HealthFlex participants
• Annual Election Toolkit (separate versions for current BCBS and UHC plan sponsors) These pieces are designed for you to communicate about AE to your participants. Wespath will not send these pieces.
• ALEX Benefits Counselor videos and resources
• 2024 HealthFlex Plan Comparisons (English, Spanish, Korean)
• How Do I Choose My HealthFlex Plans? (English, Spanish, Korean)
• New Benefit Bite videos

More resources, including sample social media posts, will continue to be added in the coming weeks. Log into the Wespath Portal to access the Extranet and click on "HealthFlex and Virgin Pulse Tools & Resources."
