New HealthFlex ID Cards Shipping This Week

New HealthFlex ID cards will be shipping this week for all HealthFlex participants. Participants received an email last week notifying them to keep an eye out for the new cards in the mail this month. The email included some of the features of the cards, as well as the number for the new Care Coordination service.

Additionally, electronic versions of the cards will be available on the Care Coordination site at mywespathhealth.com by early next week. Primary participants and adult dependents can register now for their Care Coordination account at mywespathhealth.com and access their new ID card online.

"Have You Called Your Care Coordinator?" – Care Coordination Lines are Now Open

The wait is over – Wespath Care Coordinators are ready and waiting to help HealthFlex participants navigate their health care journey for 2024. Care Coordinators are available at (833) 762-0876, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.- 10:00 p.m., Eastern. Primary participants and adult dependents can access their Care Coordination account now at mywespathhealth.com and message or chat with a Care Coordinator. Participants will also be able to access their account via Benefits Access soon.

Last week's participant email about new HealthFlex ID cards also outlined the features of Care Coordination and included a link to a short video and FAQ about the service.

You can help reinforce and build confidence in Care Coordination. We encourage you to begin asking participants, "Have you called your Care Coordinator?" when they contact you with questions related to their 2024 health care needs. If you are a HealthFlex participant, we encourage you to use the service so you can become an experienced advocate of Care Coordination for participants in your conference.

For participants currently in the UnitedHealthcare (UHC) network, they can also contact their Care Coordinators now for help checking if their current UHC providers are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, or finding new in-network providers.
