Spread the Word About Mental Health Awareness Month

May is Mental Health Awareness Month! Empower your community to take steps towards improving their mental health and emotional well-being by sharing programs and resources available to them through Wespath.

Resources for All Participants

Resources for HealthFlex Participants

We also encourage watching and sharing the on-demand First Aid for Mental Health webinars with staff, clergy and their spouses, church leaders and congregation members this month. These one-hour training sessions can help viewers identify when someone is struggling with mental health concerns, teach how to start a conversation, and respond with empathy to get them the help they need.

The week of May 6, HealthFlex participants will also be receiving an e-mail and a postcard about mental health awareness.

Throughout the month, we will post these resources to our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts. We invite you to share these posts to raise awareness and shine a light on mental health.

Be on the Lookout for Adoption Agreements

Wespath will e-mail pre-populated Adoption Agreement exhibits next week, and they are due June 30. Plan sponsors can reach out to your CRMs or Nicole Valentino at nvalentino@wespath.org with questions about updating their premium credit or updating their default plan.
