Register now for Virtual HealthFlex Summit on October 24

In response to plan sponsor feedback during a heavy events season, Wespath will be offering October's HealthFlex Summit virtually this year. Thank you to all who shared your feedback about this event.

The event will be held virtually on October 24 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Central. Register now!

While we will not have an in-person or hybrid option this year, we look forward to connecting with you virtually during the event.

Timeline for 2025 Annual Election

Annual Election begins October 30, 2024. To help you and your participants prepare to make 2025 benefit selections, there are several key milestones you should be aware of.

September

• AE dates shared in Wespath Update
• ALEX® Benefits Counselor available (mid- to late September)

October

• AE communications begin, including AE postcard reminder to all individuals currently enrolled or who have waived coverage
• Educational webinars—registration links will be shared next week
• Annual Election Overview Tue., Oct. 22, 1:30-3:00 p.m., Central
• Prescription Coverage Overview and Q&A Tue., Oct. 29 2-3 p.m., Central
• Dental Overview and Q&A Thur., Oct. 31 10-11 a.m., Central
• October 30 – November 14 - Annual Election is open

November

• November 14 – Last day of Annual Election

December

• ID and debit cards are mailed

January

• Begin using 2025 benefits
