Participant Communications: HealthEquity Card Updates

We are excited to share that this fall, HealthEquity cards will be simplified for participants. HealthEquity will now have one card for all Health Accounts (HRA, HSA and health care FSA). Those who do not currently have the purple chip card will receive one from HealthEquity in October. Individuals who currently have the purple chip card can continue to use it. Health Equity will send an email to individuals who will either receive a new card or those who will now have an HSA stacked on their prior card in the coming week.

Upcoming Annual Election (AE) Webinars

Wespath will be offering several webinars this fall for HealthFlex participants to learn more about their options during Annual Election. Please share these events with your participants. Webinars will be recorded and links provided for those who are unable to attend live.

Reminder: 2025 Excess Premium Credit Calculator & Your ALEX Link is LIVE!

Last week, you received an email with three important resources for 2025 Annual Election: your link to ALEX Benefits Counselor, the OptumRx pricing tool, and the excess premium credit calculator. ALEX and the OptumRX tool can both be shared with participants to help them understand their options for 2025 Annual Election.

Reminder: Register Now for Virtual HealthFlex Summit on October 24

In response to plan sponsor feedback during a heavy events season, Wespath will be offering October's HealthFlex Summit virtually on October 24 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Central. Register now!

While we will not have an in-person or hybrid option this year, we look forward to connecting with you virtually during the event.
