Participant Communications: HealthEquity Card Updates
As we recently shared, HealthEquity will now have one card for all Health Accounts (HRA, HSA and health care FSA). The new card will look like the one below, not the purple card we shared on September 26. Unfortunately, we were notified about this change after we communicated to you that the cards would be purple. E-mails from HealthEquity to members correctly included images of the white cards.
Individuals who already had a white card that will now stack an HSA received this e-mail. Individuals who received a new white card received this e-mail. All of the stacked functionality of the white cards are as previously described.
Annual Election (AE) Webinars Start Tuesday
Wespath will be offering several webinars this fall for HealthFlex participants to learn more about their options during Annual Election. Please share these events with your participants. Webinars will be recorded and links provided for those who are unable to attend live.

- Prescription Coverage Overview and Q&A Tues., Oct. 29, 2:00-3:00 p.m., Central, Register
- Dental Overview and Q&A Thurs., Oct. 31, 10:00-11:00 a.m., Central, Register

As a reminder, Wespath will be offering October's HealthFlex Summit virtually on Thursday, October 24 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Central. Register now!
We look forward to sharing information about the Wespath Care Coordinators, a closer look at GLP-1 medications for weight loss and diabetes, as well as updates on administrative matters, well-being, and HealthFlex financials.

Over the next few weeks, participants will be receiving several emails and print communications about Annual Election. These include:
Week of Oct. 7
- Required regulatory notices mailed or e-mailed to participants, depending on their preference documented in Benefitsolver:
Week of Oct. 21
- Print postcard to all HealthFlex participants reminding them about Annual Election (three versions)
- E-mail to all HealthFlex participants with pre-AE information (upcoming webinars, Benefits Access link, where to find ALEX)
Week of Oct. 28
- E-mail to all HealthFlex participants that AE is open, links to helpful resources
Week of Nov. 11
- E-mail reminders about AE deadline, links to webinar recordings and other helpful resources
