Join our Plan Sponsor Call

Wespath will host a HealthFlex plan sponsor call in March to provide an update on the health system transition from Businessolver to Empyrean and how it will impact you. Identical sessions will be offered Thursday, March 20 from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. or Wednesday, March 26 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Please see information below to access the session you prefer. A recording will be made available after the second session for those unable to attend live.

On-Site Blueprint for Wellness Trainings Available

For conferences hosting an on-site Blueprint for Wellness event, we will offer two training dates. Both dates will cover the same content and registration is not required. We encourage those overseeing the events to attend, even if your conference has offered a Blueprint for Wellness event in the past. As a reminder, March 7 is the deadline to submit your event dates to Quest.

Wespath will send a reminder e-mail with event details to eligible participants 10 days and 2 days prior to registration close. We also encourage you to communicate event details to ensure you reach the 30-participant on-site minimum.

2026 HealthFlex premiums were sent to plan sponsors this week and Q4 financial reporting was sent last week. Please contact your Client Relationship Manager or a member of the HealthFlex team if you would like assistance modeling premium credits for 2026.
