New Wespath Websites Are Live

Wespath’s two re-designed websites—Wespath.org for Wespath Benefits and Investments and Wespath.com for Wespath Institutional Investments—are now live. As previously communicated in the October 23, 2019 On Board Express and December 3 On Board Express, the new sites are designed to be easier to navigate and more user-friendly with a mobile-compatible design.

There also is a separate section of the website devoted to Plan Sponsors, offering a centralized location for logins, forms and plan and program information.

Also, as previously communicated, an e-blast went out today to participants communicating that the site is now live and detailing some of the changes.

We have also developed this flyer which lists the top five things visitors to the Wespath.org site are looking for and where to find them.

Wespath Closing Early—Friday

Wespath will close at 11:30 a.m., Central time, on Friday, December 13, due to our annual staff Christmas luncheon. Customer service assistance will be unavailable after that time.

Benefits Access for participants can be used to access account information and complete transactions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The automated phone system, accessible by calling 1-800-851-2201, will also be available for participants.

The Wespath Institutional Investor Portal and Benefit Access Portal for Plan Sponsors will be available to plan sponsors, conferences and institutions.

If an urgent situation arises on Friday after 11:30 a.m., please call 1-847-866-4683 and provide your contact information. A Wespath representative will contact you within 30 minutes.
