February Plan Sponsor Webconferences—Agenda and Details

Plan to join one of the February plan sponsor webconferences:

• Wednesday, February 8 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., Central time; or
• Thursday, February 9 from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m., Central time.

Participant Mailing—HSA Information

This brochure will be mailed in the next week to about 550 HealthFlex participants who have a health savings account (HSA) with their HealthFlex plan (i.e., participants in plans H1500, H2000 or H3000). Please encourage participants to contact EY Financial Planning Services at 1-800-360-2539 with any questions about personal HSA contributions or investments. (EY services are available at no cost to active participants; see wespath.org for full EY eligibility details.)

This is the first of three mailings to participants with HSAs. Mailing #2 will be a postcard targeted to participants with both an HSA and health care flexible spending account. Center for Health will provide a sample via HealthFlex Express prior to that mailing.

WeightWatchers^® Toolkit—Available on Web

HealthFlex offers a 50% subsidy on WeightWatchers^® membership fees for local meetings and WeightWatchers OnlinePlus. Please use this Wellness Toolkit handout to inform your participants about this benefit. The handout is posted on the Center for Health website.
