For your travel convenience, this year’s HealthFlex Summit is coordinated with the Association of United Methodist Conference Pension and Benefits Officers (AUMCPBO) annual meeting in Long Branch, New Jersey. HealthFlex plan sponsors will meet Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning—prior to the AUMCPBO meeting.

Center for Health Webinar—Manage Your Screen Time; Manage Your Life

The Center for Health will host a webinar titled Manage Your Screen Time; Manage Your Life! as part of its “Tools for Better Well-Being” webinar series. The webinar will be held Thursday, September 7, 2:00–3:00 p.m., Central time. Please share this webinar information and registration link with participants and others in your conference or organization.

A “Managing Screen Time” toolkit will be available soon on the Center for Health webpage.

Participant Communications—Well-Being Promotions

As described in recent HealthFlex Express issues, participants will receive several promotions for well-being programs over the next few weeks, including:

1. Employee Assistance Program (EAP)—Participants will receive one of two postcards:
   
   • Help After the Move for clergy who recently moved to new appointments; or
   • Relief at Your Fingertips for all other HealthFlex primary participants
2. WebMD’s redesigned website and new mobile app—This e-blast will be sent by WebMD to participants who have not opted out of receiving WebMD e-mails. We also encourage benefits officers to send the e-blast directly to your participants.
3. Virgin Pulse—Postcard targeted to participants and covered spouses not enrolled in Virgin Pulse.
