HealthFlex First Quarter Reports

First quarter HealthFlex Claims Reports will be sent to plan sponsors this week. We reviewed the reports in partnership with our new Willis Towers Watson consultants and made the following enhancements to our reports:

• New, more visually appealing format, including graphic representations of claims data
• Details about quarterly claims costs and health care utilization (previously provided only in the year-end reporting)
• More detail by plan type for plan sponsors who offer more than one plan, including HealthFlex Exchange
• Inclusion of estimated Rx rebate allocation in loss ratio (note—this was historically not included in plan sponsor-specific loss ratio calculations)

New HealthFlex Enrollment Forms

Based on feedback from plan sponsors, we revised the HealthFlex Enrollment Form by separating it into two forms—one just for HealthFlex enrollment and one for Via Benefits enrollment. We hope you find the new forms easier to use.
