Participant Communication—HQ Reminder Postcard
A reminder postcard will be mailed this week to approximately 8,000 participants and covered spouses who have not completed the HealthQuotient (HQ) as of September 8.
Participants and covered spouses must complete the HQ by September 30, 2018 to avoid paying a higher medical plan deductible in 2019—$250 higher (individual deductible) or $500 higher (family deductible). For households with a primary participant and spouse in HealthFlex, both covered adults must complete the HQ by September 30 to avoid the higher deductible. Additionally, the HQ provides personalized results that can help participants and spouses work toward wellness goals—including working with a WebMD health coach.
Please help us encourage your participants to complete the HQ. Communications Toolkit materials are provided for your use on the Wespath Benefits and Investments extranet (username: extranet; password: gbop!123).
Lists of those who have not yet completed the HQ will also be e-mailed to each plan sponsor within the next week.
