Save the Date: Train the Trainer on August 25 and 26

In preparation for annual election, we will be offering the Train the Trainer virtual event on August 25 and 26. It will take place from 9:00-11:30 a.m., Central time, both days. To register for the event, please click here.

The event will provide an overview of the six medical, three vision and up to three dental plans available to HealthFlex participants, as well as explain the various health account options. This event is designed for those new to HealthFlex, along with those who would like a refresher.

Participant Communications: Health Check Letter Mailed

The steady stream of communication to participants who have not completed the Health Check continued this week. On August 10, we mailed a letter to participants who took the HealthQuotient (HQ) last year but have not yet completed the Health Check and urged them to register for Virgin Pulse® (if necessary) and complete the online survey.

Beginning on August 16, participants who have not completed the Health Check will receive a reminder to complete it when they log into Virgin Pulse. The message will only appear once, and participants can close it out once it’s presented. The reminder message is scheduled to appear until the August 31 deadline.
