Participant Communications: Outreach for Omada Online Diabetes Prevention Program

Omada will send e-mails on September 29, October 6 and October 13 that invite HealthFlex members to complete a one-minute online screening to see if they might benefit from participation in Omada's Diabetes Prevention Program.

The e-mails will be sent to participants who are new to HealthFlex in 2021, did not complete the Blueprint for Wellness® this year, or who took the Blueprint for Wellness and whose results indicate they may be a candidate for the program.

Omada receives the e-mail mailing list directly from Quest Diagnostics®, so Wespath does not see participants' Blueprint for Wellness results.

We look forward to sharing more details about the positive impact the Omada program has had at our upcoming HealthFlex Summit.
