Video and Presentation from Plan Sponsor Calls

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Plan Sponsor Calls on August 16 and 17. We hope you found the video calls beneficial. If you were not able to attend, or if you want to review information, here is the video from August 16 (the same material was covered both days) and the presentation.

Still Time to Help Participants Avoid Higher Deductible

Please join us as we are doing everything we can to remind participants to take the Health Check by August 31 to avoid a higher deductible in 2023.

We encourage you to send an e-mail reminder to your participants and post a reminder to any Facebook or social media groups for your members. Here is text you can copy and paste into the body of an e-mail or into a social media post.

Here are additional tools you can share to encourage your participants to complete the Health Check:

Wespath will e-mail primary participants who have not completed the Health Check on August 25. Individuals who do not click on that e-mail will receive a follow-up e-mail August 30. A final reminder will be sent August 31 to primary participants who did not click on the August 25 and August 30 e-mails.

Virgin Pulse will e-mail covered spouses who have not completed the Health Check on August 25 and August 31.

Participant Communications: Letter to HealthFlex Participants on Disability

Earlier this month, Wespath mailed a letter to HealthFlex primary participants who are currently receiving disability benefits or have a spouse receiving disability benefits. The third sentence of the letter summarized the letter well: "We want to be certain that you are aware of the 2022 HealthFlex wellness incentives and know how to request an exception ("accommodation") if you are unable to complete the Health Check online health assessment."

Participants who still need to request an exception are urged to e-mail incentiverequest@wespath.org or call Wespath's Health Team at 1-800-851-2201 as soon as possible. Wespath needs time to review requests prior to the August 31 deadline.
