More Annual Election Resources Available

We want to support you in communicating about Annual Election, November 1-16! In addition to the many ways Wespath will reach out to eligible HealthFlex participants, we want to make materials available for you to use directly.

Plan Sponsor Calls Next Week

Wespath will hold two video calls with plan sponsors next week to discuss health and well-being updates. The content will be the same on each call, so we encourage you to block off one of the following times on your calendar:

• September 12 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Central time, or
• September 13 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Central time

HealthFlex Summit October 10-11—Registration Now Open

Registration for the HealthFlex Summit is now open.

Click here to register online. The registration deadline is September 15, 2023 at 5:00 p.m., Central time.

The HealthFlex Summit will be held at Wespath's office in Glenview, Illinois. The event begins on Tuesday, October 10 at noon, Central time and concludes on Wednesday, October 11 at noon Central time.

Please note that on Tuesday, October 10 from 10:30 a.m. until noon, Wespath staff members will be available to meet with you while you are on site. Please reach out to your client relationship manager if you are interested in this opportunity.
