‘Max Go’ to Replace ‘Max Buzz’ in Virgin Pulse Store

In July, the Max Buzz activity tracker will be replaced by the Max Go in the Virgin Pulse store. The Max Go will offer a variety of new features and an enhanced member experience.

HealthFlex will continue to subsidize the full cost of the Max Go for all participants and covered spouses, but the subsidized cost will increase to $40 in 2025.

For HealthFlex conferences that offer Virgin Pulse to their retirees, the activity tracker subsidy amount must increase to $40 on January 1, 2025. The current subsidy amount will remain in place for the rest of 2024.

For conferences that offer standalone Virgin Pulse, you will have the option to determine your subsidy, up to $40, on the Virgin Pulse adoption agreement that will go into effect January 1, 2025. More details will be provided over the next several months as adoption agreements go out.

The Max Buzz will continue to be a supported device in Virgin Pulse and can still be used to track steps and sleep.
