Reminder: Participants Will Access Benefits in a New Way Starting June 1

We want to make sure you—and all HealthFlex participants—know that beginning June 1, the way that HealthFlex participants access their health and well-being information will change, and you will no longer be able to access the HealthFlex/WebMD website.

Wespath’s Benefits Access (benefitsaccess.org) has replaced the HealthFlex/WebMD site as the home for health and well-being information. We are excited about this improved way for participants to engage with their HealthFlex benefits.

We are mailing a letter to covered spouses this week to explain that Virgin Pulse® is their source for information and the home of the HealthFlex well-being programs. Covered spouses cannot set up an account on Benefits Access.

Next week, all HealthFlex primary participants who have not yet registered for Benefits Access will receive an e-mail reminding them of the pending changes. The e-mail will include a link to a list of FAQs to assist participants with this transition.

If you receive any questions from participants, here is a list of talking points to address the inquiries we anticipate you might receive.

Important COVID-19 Coverage Information for HealthFlex Participants

In response to the Department of Health and Human Services extending the COVID-19 public health emergency period to July 20, 2021, coverage will be extended until at least July 31, 2021 for the following:
