Reminder: Train the Trainer on August 25 and 26
In preparation for annual election, we will be offering the Train the Trainer virtual event on August 25 and 26. It will take place from 9:00-11:30 a.m., Central time, both days. All plan sponsors are welcome, and newer staff members are encouraged to attend. To register for the event, please click here.
The event will provide an overview of the six medical, three vision and up to three dental plans available to HealthFlex participants, as well as explain the various health account options. This event is designed to give plan sponsors greater comfort and confidence in answering participants’ questions.
Participant Communication: Health Check/Blueprint for Wellness® Personalized E-mails
The deadline to complete the Health Check and Blueprint for Wellness® is less than two weeks away, so Wespath sent HealthFlex households a personalized e-mail reminder on August 17 if the primary participant or covered spouse has not yet completed the well-being programs.
The e-mails are very similar to the letters mailed in early July.
As noted in the e-mail, if a spouse is covered, both the participant and spouse must take the Health Check for their household to avoid the $250/$500 higher deductible in 2022. Individuals must be enrolled in Virgin Pulse® to complete Health Check. Primary participants and covered spouses who complete the Blueprint for Wellness will each earn $100 Pulse Cash.
In the case of the e-mails, Blueprint for Wellness information was through August 16 and Health Check completions as of August 12, so more recent completions will not be reflected.
If the primary participant didn’t open the e-mail, a follow-up e-mail with the same information is scheduled to be sent on August 19.
