Help Spread the Word: Participants Can Get Personalized Recommendations for Annual Elections

The ALEX® Benefits Counselor automated tool takes the guesswork out of Annual Election (AE) for participants by providing personalized recommendations for plans and health account contributions.

We would really appreciate your help promoting ALEX. In conjunction with ALEX’s parent company, we have created a few toolkit pieces that you can use to communicate to your participants just about ALEX:

• Text you can copy and paste into the body of an e-mail
• A one-page flyer that can be attached to an e-mail. There is a field to add your contact information.
• A one-page flyer in Spanish that can be attached to an e-mail. There is a field to add your contact information.
• Talking points that can be used in your own messaging or to answer participant questions
• Social media posts for Facebook and Twitter

Of course, there is the AE toolkit piece and that also promotes ALEX. Just a reminder, toolkit pieces are intended as turnkey resources for plan sponsors to communicate about important HealthFlex topics.

Retiree HRA Compliance Checklist Now Available
